We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Waitress to join the team at Mark’s Club; part of the Birley Clubs.

The Birley Clubs encompasses some of London’s finest private members clubs; Annabel’s, Mark’s Club, Harry’s Bar, George and Bath & Racquets all based in Mayfair.

Mark’s Club is a private members’ dining club, based in a serene Mayfair townhouse providing a solace to all its members from the hectic pace of the city outside. The Club serves the finest, award-winning cuisine alongside an outstanding selection of cocktails, wines and cigars.

To be a successful Cocktail Waitress you will:
• Have previous cocktail waitress experience in a renowned restaurant, private member’ club or high-end luxury venue
• Have a real flair and passion for service and working with quality products and interesting drinks and food menus
• Have previous experience of taking both drinks and food orders
• Attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the customer and managers
• Possess a good command of the English language
• Impeccable appearance with an engaging personality
• An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
