Market Halls is the ultimate destination: blending imaginative food experiences with great bars, a cultural events programme, community initiatives, a place to work and a place to meet friends. It’s a place where ‘staying awhile’ is highly encouraged.
We are a small, friendly, entrepreneurial team with a family feel. We work hard and we love what we do.
We don’t have a fixed office, and often make pop up offices in either our Victoria or Fulham Market Halls homes or work from home.
We are a small management team and are looking for someone to join us with bundles of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and someone who can make a genuine impact - both from a marketing perspective as we look to grow our business and as a positive force for good in our office culture.
We are looking for someone who is happy to be agile and prides themselves on being a delight to work with. This is a dream job for an entrepreneurial spirit; looking to make a genuine difference and have autonomy.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities
It is an exciting time for the business. Post Covid, we have re-opened our Fulham and Victoria Halls with a bang and we have big plans for 2022 - with our West End Hall reopening and a new one in the pipeline!
We’re looking for:
A marketing and communications magic maker A cheerleader for everything we are about
An experienced social media campaign manager
A co-ordinator excited to be involved in all Market Halls marketing activities Someone to look after our community - digital and physical
A copy writing extraordinaire You’ll be tasked with:
Social MediaStory telling; creating multi-format on brand content and writing copy with substance (never rushed or just for the sake of it, always telling the story in our tone of voice)
Content Creation: Finding joy in uploading and posting engaging and inspiring content every day - and working with a network of content creators to capture this
Engaging frequently with our community physically and digitally and then blending it all together sharing the Market Halls spirit
Growing and expanding our social media following, and increasing our engagement rates
Being the librarian of the asset library
