We're on the hunt for our next leader to spearhead our exciting journey towards the grand opening of our flagship venue in central London later this year!

Market Halls is revolutionizing the British food hall scene, breathing new life into iconic landmarks since 2018. Our vision? To transform these spaces into vibrant community hubs, offering a diverse array of dining, drinking, and event experiences. From independent restaurants and food vendors to premium bars and live entertainment, we're committed to delivering top-notch experiences for our guests.

Last year marked a significant milestone for us, with our revenue doubling and a surge in foot traffic through our doors. We even garnered attention on popular shows like The Apprentice and MasterChef. But our journey is far from over – this year, we're gearing up to unveil our flagship venue in central London, expand to new locations beyond the capital, and introduce exciting competitive socializing experiences to some of our venues.

As our new leader, you will receive:

• A competitive salary of up to £60,000 a year
• Quarterly bonus equivalent to 10% of your yearly salary.

In your role as our new General Manager, you'll helm a substantial operation, overseeing eight premier food traders, managing two upscale bars, and leading a sizable team of both management and floor/bar team.
