Head of Marketing – Maternity Cover (12 months)

We are looking for someone to join our senior leadership team for what will be the most exciting year in Market Halls' history!

Market Halls have been revolutionizing the British food hall scene and breathing new life into iconic landmarks since 2018. Our vision? To transform these spaces into vibrant community hubs, offering a diverse array of dining, drinking, and event experiences. From independent restaurants and award-winning food vendors to premium bars and live entertainment, we are committed to delivering top-notch experiences for our guests.

Last year marked a significant milestone for us, with notable year-on-year revenue growth and a huge surge in new guests walking through our doors. We even garnered attention on popular shows like The Apprentice and MasterChef. But our journey is far from over – this year, we're gearing up to open our new flagship venue in Paddington, expand to new locations beyond the capital, and introduce a range of new beers, cocktails, and spirits within our premium bars.

Joining us for the next year as our new Head of Marketing, you will receive:

• A competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum

• An annual bonus of 10%

Reporting to the CEO and CFO, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for the continued development of Market Halls, leading on brand development, marketing strategy, and helping launch new locations as part of the Senior Leadership Team. You will have under your wing a Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to help spread the news of Market Halls and what we offer. We are looking for a truly creative leader who can bring fresh ideas and approaches.
