We are looking for our next Security Supervisor to lead a team of security officers in our new Paddington Market Halls.  

Market Halls are revolutionizing the British food hall scene, breathing new life into iconic landmarks since 2018. Our vision? To transform these spaces into vibrant community hubs, offering a diverse array of dining, drinking, and event experiences. From independent restaurants and food vendors to premium bars and live entertainment, we're committed to delivering top-notch experiences for our guests.

Last year marked a significant milestone for us, with revenue growth year over year and a huge surge of new guests. We even garnered attention on popular shows like The Apprentice and MasterChef. But our journey is far from over—this year, we're gearing up to open our new flagship venue in Paddington, expand to new locations beyond the capital, and introduce a range of new beer, cocktails, and spirits within our premium bars.

As our new Security Supervisor, you will receive:

Reporting to the Head of Security, you will have a proven track record in leading teams and managing teams within security, particularly in organizing rotas and ensuring efficient team levels. Knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations is also crucial for this role. You will possess expertise in training new security officers and conducting thorough inductions. Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with staff, clients, and management effectively. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges are also highly valued attributes.
