The Role:  Graphic Designer

The Restaurant: Support Office, Kirby Street, Farringdon, London

A bit about what you will be doing:

The Graphic Designer assists on the execution of a wide array of projects. We are looking for someone creative and passionate about hospitality and design. The role requires an individual who is proactive, efficient and a strong communicator, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Multi-site hospitality experience is desired. In addition, you will support the wider team with a range of design needs, helping to bring our brands to life across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce visually appealing and on-brand point of sale (POS) materials and menus for D&D London venues, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create assets for campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Support the design and development of digital content for social media, web-sites, and email marketing.
  • Ensure all designs meet the requirements of print and digital formats, coordinating with suppliers and print partners when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure design materials reflect the unique atmosphere and identity of each venue.
  • Maintain the integrity of the D&D London brand in all design work, adapting it where needed for different formats and purposes.
  • Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.

Key Requirements:

  • A creative portfolio showcasing diverse thinking and eye-catching ideas
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Work closely with the wider company to ensure all print and digital assets follow the brand guidelines
  • Strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly and effectively
  • Good knowledge and proficiency in Google products including Docs and Slides.
  • Experience working in multi-site hospitality, food, or retail industry is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across all design work.
  • Proven experience in designing for both print (menus, large format print) and digital platforms (social media assets, web design).
  • A self-motivated and able to work with changing priorities and time pressures
