A bit about what you will be doing:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to elevate brand awareness, increase engagement, and grow the online community for Evolv Collection restaurants and its portfolio. You’ll oversee content creation, influencer partnerships, community management, and performance reporting, ensuring that our digital presence reflects our position as a leader in hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement multi-channel social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) aligned with overall brand and marketing objectives.
    • Stay ahead of digital trends in hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle content.
  • Content Creation & Management
    • Manage and curate engaging photo, video, and written content showcasing restaurants, menus, events, and brand culture.
    • Collaborate with chefs, operations, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
    • Develop and manage a social content calendar across brands.
  • Community Engagement
    • Foster strong engagement with guests and followers, responding to messages, comments, and reviews.
    • Build relationships with influencers, creators, and local communities to grow organic reach.
  • Campaigns & Partnerships
    • Support new restaurant launches, seasonal campaigns, events, and collaborations with tailored social activations.
    • Manage influencer partnerships in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and analyse performance across platforms, providing regular reports and insights.
    • Optimise campaigns and content based on analytics to maximize ROI and KPIs (reach, engagement, reservations, conversions).

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) managing social media within hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and content best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Experience with influencer marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Meta Business Suite).
  • A proactive, creative thinker with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Photography, videography, or content editing skills (preferred).
