A Bit About What You Will Be Doing:
The Digital Platforms Executive is a hands-on role within the digital marketing team, responsible for the day-to-day management, delivery, and optimisation of the group’s core digital platforms.
This role focuses on execution. You will ensure our app, listings, Wi-Fi, and online shop are accurate, functional, and performing as intended. Working to agreed priorities, you’ll support marketing activity by enabling campaigns across platforms, surfacing opportunities for improvement, and keeping our digital infrastructure running smoothly.
You’ll bring ideas forward, stay up to date with platform developments and industry trends, and help the wider team make the most of the tools available, without owning overall strategy, budgets, or commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Evolv Rewards App & Platform Delivery
Manage the day-to-day operation of the Evolv Rewards app
Act as the primary liaison with the app development agency (TLC)
Support agreed initiatives to drive app sign-ups through platform enablement
Produce and share the Daily VIP and Members Report with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate app releases, fixes, and ongoing improvements
Support and manage integrations including OpenTable, Quadranet, and concierge functionality
Ensure platforms are stable, functional, and kept up to date
Platform optimisation and innovation
Identify opportunities to improve how the app and digital platforms are used
Stay up to date with platform features, updates, and relevant industry trends
Proactively recommend ideas to enhance platform usage and guest engagement
Support marketing activity by enabling agreed campaigns across platforms
Listings, Wi-Fi, & Third-party Platforms
Own the day-to-day management of third-party listings and platforms
Manage Uberall and ensure listing accuracy, consistency, and optimisation
Set up and maintain DesignMyNight listings where required
Manage Tonic Tickets from a platform and setup perspective
Own and manage the Wi-Fi platform, ensuring data feeds correctly and setups are consistent across sites
Online Shop
Manage the online gift shop CMS
Upload and maintain products and content
Set up discount codes and basic promotions as required
Ensure information is accurate and kept up to date
Reporting and coordination
Produce regular reporting on platform performance (downloads, usage, engagement, revenue where applicable)
Surface Issues, Risks & Opportunities to the Digital Team
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
Support concierge and membership-related platform functionality where required
Key Requirements:
Core understanding of app development
Understanding of all integrated products
Experience in managing external teams and third-party suppliers
Experience in project managing including an ability to prioritise requests
Ability to communicate effectively with key stake holders
A team player with the ability to work in a face paced environment
A keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality technology
Experience in customer relations and engagement
A solid understanding of app or digital platform development and delivery
Experience working with integrated platforms and third-party tools
Experience managing external agencies and technology partners
Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and requests
Clear and confident communication skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset
