What is the purpose of the role?

The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in supporting and implementing the strategic direction and positioning of existing and new digital platforms, ensuring they are agile and up-to-date. This varied role will involve managing the digital stack and delivering key digital and marcomms projects, supporting the digital marketing manager and the wider marketing team.

As Marketing Executive you will create unique guest experiences that reflect our values and generate positive word-of-mouth both offline and online, continually looking for ways to develop and enhance the guest journey from a digital and physical perspective. This broad scope marketing role requires expertise across multiple elements of the marketing mix, combined with a solid understanding of the hotel and accommodation sector. You’ll enjoy the opportunity to see your ideas develop and blossom as the company grows. What do you need?

  • Previous experience working in a general marketing role, across hospitality, hotels and retail 

  • Highly motivated, well organised and have impeccable attention to detail

  • Creative and have passion for ‘outside the box’ thinking 

  • Understand how to create eye catching designs for both offline and online channels 

  • A team player who enjoys working with like minded individuals

  • Social media obsessed and have experience planning and executing campaigns for both organic and paid campaigns 

  • Knowledge of Adobe & Photoshop
