exciting plans for 2025 and are looking for a Social Media Manager to make our
channels the most exciting and varied, in the social entertainment sector.

brand campaigns, updates, management, scheduling etc.
- A strong personality who
is confident in their own abilities and able to influence and communicate
effectively at all levels.
- Handy with a camera with
a hands-on approach to get the job done.
The role
Your role will be to
drive brand growth and awareness through creative and engaging social media
content. communicating the brand story so far and the unique experiences
offered at our venues across the UK and Europe.
You'll be a leading
member of the Marketing team, working alongside the Marketing Manager to feed
into and help implement the marketing and social media strategies for the
business.
- You will be the creative
lead in the business and really 'get' the brand tone and identity.
- Creating & leading a 12-month
social media plan in-line with key company business objectives and initiatives.
- Supporting the marketing
team, with digital marketing campaigns and activities
- Managing all social media
platforms by posting content, interacting with customer comments, replying to
inboxes and reviews
- Tracking competitors’
social outputs
- Directing our Design Lead
in creating engaging content for local website and social media platforms.
- Ensuring all online
listings are up to date.
- Leading the business to
ensure marketing goals and objectives are achieved.
- Growing and managing our
customer database, both B2B and B2C
- Planning and organising the production
of promotional materials for new venue launches.
- Working with the Marketing Manager to develop and influencer
marketing strategy and actively seek out influencers to support national and
local stories, experiences and create on-brand content, then analysing the
performance
- Responsible
for building and ongoing management of reporting and analysis for all social
media metrics.
- Analyse,
review and report on social media performance and actively monitor benchmarks.
- Analyse
traffic to the website originated from social media channels in order to react
and plan actions to increase traffic and online revenue.
Working Arrangement
- Hybrid working approach with access to central
London office.
- Travel to sites as required for the role with
flexibility around working hours required
- Some hotel overnight stays as required to meet
needs of the business.
- You’ll work in a close-knit team in this broad
and varied role.
