  • Experience working with APIs and integrations (EPOS, booking, data capture systems).
  • Proficient in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills for creative briefing and reporting.

  • Understanding of web personalisation platforms and customer data platforms (CDP).
  • Familiarity with booking systems such as Tevalis or Bookedit.
  • Working knowledge of HTML email templates, dynamic content, and tagging.

Personal Attributes

  • Commercially driven with a clear focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Curious, analytical, and confident interpreting data into strategic actions.
  • Collaborative by nature — works fluidly with creative, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Passionate about improving the guest journey and creating memorable digital touchpoints.

The Role

  • Develop and own the CRM strategy across all brands, aligning with commercial and marketing objectives.
  • Build lifecycle marketing programmes that drive acquisition, retention, re-booking, and cross-brand engagement.
  • Work with the Digital and Marketing teams to integrate CRM data into personalised web journeys.
  • Ensure data collection, segmentation, and targeting deliver measurable uplift in guest engagement and conversion.
  • Manage all CRM campaigns including email, SMS, and triggered automations.
  • Create personalised web experiences based on customer data, browsing, and purchase behaviour.
  • Develop automated customer journeys — pre-booking, in-venue, and post-visit.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identifying actionable insights to improve conversion and lifetime value.
  • Develop segmentation models and customer profiles for targeting by behaviour, spend, and activity.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance across all CRM activity.
  • Partner with Marketing, Digital, and Operations teams to deliver joined-up campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact.

Working Arrangement
  • Hybrid remote, this role requires regular travel to our venues.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & Bank Holiday.
  • Hotel overnight stays as required to meet the needs of the business.
  • Some international travel.
  • Attend and participate in company meetings.
