Marketing Intern

As a marketing intern at CAVA, you’ll be joining a team of creative individuals focused on building innovative programs, crafting unique campaigns, and spreading CAVA love with consumers across the country. We’re looking for a driven, creative, aspiring marketer to join our team.

You will:

• Work collaboratively with members of our creative, communications, experiential, and digital marketing teams
• Gain exposure to brand strategy development and the creative process
• Support our outreach efforts for new store openings through market research
• Help out at marketing events in and around D.C.

You have:

• A passion for good food
• An interest in developing a career in marketing
• Strong attention to detail
• Social media acumen and an understanding of best practices
• A willingness to take on multiple projects at once
• An eagerness to join a growing company and strong desire to help build a brand

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in college
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be knowledgeable about social media and content distribution platforms
• Passion for food, sourcing, design, or customer service a plus
• Is a self-starter

This position will be based at our office in Washington, DC. Interns will be paid minimum wage.
