We're looking for a Restaurant Manager with experience in busy, quality-led restaurants with a fantastic cocktail knowledge and leadership skills.
As Restaurant Manager you will have strong and progressive background in high-end, high turnover City or West End restaurants, ideally at at least managerial level.
You'll be managing a team of around 8 so a natural leader with personality and presence is vital.
Also it goes without saying an excellent knowledge of the London restaurant scene from cocktails, Food to coffee.
