Masala Zone, a little bit about us:

Our food is uniquely from the true sources of Indian food – the gourmet homes & street stalls across India’s regions.

This exciting Grand Brasserie is located in the 1873  historic Criterion Restaurant building - opposite the iconic Eros Fountain, the heart of London.

We unusually combine a panoramic range of proper Indian food - pioneering street food, thalis (the balanced family platters), flavourful grills, regional curries, biryanis - as well as brunch & afternoon tea.

We are looking for a hard working Kitchen Assistant for the Breads section to work on a pro rata basis, daytimes, evenings and weekends. Full-time only, minimum 35 hours per week.

We provide on the job training for the right candidate, although previous experience is an advantage.

The duties include:

·         Preparing dough for Naans, Chapatis and other Indian breads

·         Completing orders

·         Plating
