The Role

As our Breakfast Chef  you'll be first into the kitchen and set the tone for the day, working closely with our experienced chefs to prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes from opening service. You'll take ownership of your section, keep things running smoothly during our busiest early hours, and help maintain a clean, organised kitchen throughout.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with breakfast or early-service experience
• Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking methods
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A willingness to learn
• A team player who collaborates well with colleagues
• Flexibility for early starts and shifts including weekends and holidays, as required
