Position Summary

The Executive Assistant General Manager is a senior operational leader responsible for supporting the overall performance, hospitality culture, team development, and daily execution of the Dallas Mavericks Performance Center’s food and beverage operation.

This is a hands-on leadership position in an active food service facility, not an office or administrative management role. Core Responsibilities: Executive Operational Leadership

• Support the General Manager in leading all aspects of daily food and beverage operations, service execution, team performance, and operational results.
• Assume full operational leadership in the General Manager's absence.
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout the operation while actively supporting service execution and guest engagement.
• Ensure flawless execution across player dining, executive dining, grab-and-go, training table service, catering, and special events.

Qualifications & Experience Required Qualifications

We will consider only candidates with restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience. Direct leadership experience in food and beverage operations is required.

• Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, hotels, private clubs, executive dining, corporate dining, or professional sports hospitality.
• Demonstrated success leading high-volume hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
