Craft and execute custom menus that reflect creativity, seasonality, and client preferences.
Work confidently across a broad range of cuisines, both classic and contemporary.
Lead fine dining service, with experience in multi-course tasting menus and elevated plating.
Adapt to a variety of service styles, from casual daytime fare to intimate, high-end dining experiences.
Collaborate closely with our events and hospitality teams to deliver memorable experiences.
Background in fine dining, with strong preference for those with Michelin-starred kitchen experience or similar high-caliber restaurants.
Deep understanding of global cuisines and a flexible, adaptive culinary approach.
High standards for food quality, presentation, and kitchen organization.
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
