We know People are crucial to every business and we have some really great brands for you as a Human Resources Graduate to get your teeth into! Our 12-month Human Resources scheme provides highly driven Graduates with a fast track through varying aspects of our HR department. HR is an incremental part of every business, especially a Company of our size, we focus on the management of, recruitment of, and the direction of people who work for our Company, plus much more! As a HR Graduate you will complete several rotational placements within departments such as: - Training, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Corporate and Retail Recruitment, Shared Services, Reward and much more!

This scheme is designed to quickly get you to first appointment within HR whilst ensuring you don’t miss out on any critical learning experiences! A tailored programme that flexes to your individual development needs and allows you to become involved in real business projects!

To help you throughout your journey, you will have a dedicated Line Manager assigned to you from the outset, this will be a Senior Manager and a specialist in HR. Alongside this, you will have a Placement Manager assigned for each placement, they will be an experienced individual in the placement function and will help to set clear placement objectives and provide on the job coaching and feedback to develop your capability. We also like to assign you a buddy, this is a graduate from the year above who works in similar discipline, who will support you from your first moment with us.

This is a great opportunity for an energetic, and hardworking Graduate with an expected or achieved 2:1 degree or above, looking to join an exciting and ever growing company in October 2019. This role may have an element of travel nationwide, with a strong draw to Birmingham, as this is where our Retail Support Centre is located. Therefore, we’d like you to be happy to spread your wings and spend time in different parts of the country.

Job Requirements:
• 2:1 degree or above, expected or achieved. *Associated subject degree highly desirable*
• Three A-Levels: A:B:B
• Associated degree internships or placements, highly desirable
• Mature, focused and hardworking attitude
• Highly organised
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for food and drink – as it is what we do best!
