You will ideally have previous supervisory experience working within a hospitality setting and will have the skills to motivate a team around you. You will be eager to learn and have the ability to pick up tasks and new skills. You will be confident in speaking with guests and resolving queries quickly and efficiently whilst coaching and empowering the team around you.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be a responsible individual with the ability to run shifts, which would include cash/till management, dealing with any escalated team or guest concerns and directing the team during service across all areas of the Food & Beverage operation including Bar, Restaurant and Meeting & Events. |
Your supervisory duties will include supporting with recruitment and HR tasks such as interviewing, onboarding and training new team members. You'll also uphold and instil the right ethos and culture among the team. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will handle escalated guest questions, queries and swift complaint resolution. And will carry out general supervisor duties such as admin tasks. You may also be trained as a muti-skilled hotel duty manager and carry out duty management shifts and tasks when required.
Your hands-on duties will help to drive revenue where possible by letting guests know about all products and services available to them and upselling drinks and packages. You will also form excellent relations with frequent clients and will have excellent communication skills.
