We’re seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team and help deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

 

We're looking for a dynamic, people-focused Floor Manager to help drive an unforgettable guest experience at the heart of our venue. If you're a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and team development, we want to hear from you.

 

Floor Manager

 ** Salary package: up to £34,000 plus Tronc Hotel discounts // Health cash back plan // Meals on duty // Pension scheme // Loyalty rewards and referral bonuses // many more** 

 

 

 Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·       Lead, inspire, and energize the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service

·       Maintain top-tier quality and vibe dining standards on the floor

·       Support staffing needs, scheduling, and team development

·       Act as a key decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager

·       Coach and mentor team members, driving morale and productivity

·       Monitor day-to-day operations, manage reports, and support financial goals

 

What We’re Looking For:

·       Experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

·       Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills

·       A sharp eye for service standards and guest satisfaction

·       Ability to think on your feet and manage in a fast-paced environment

·       A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail
