General Manager – STK London at ME London Hotel

Located in the heart of London within the stunning ME London Hotel (Melia Hotels), STK is where high-energy dining meets elevated cuisine and unforgettable nightlife. We’re seeking a confident, charismatic, and driven General Manager to lead our flagship venue and take it to the next level.


Your Mission:

To own the full operation of STK London — ensuring a flawless guest experience, inspiring a top-performing team, and driving commercial success while upholding the brand’s global reputation for style, service, and sophistication.


What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading the Experience: You’ll be the face of the venue — ensuring every guest leaves with an exceptional and memorable experience that keeps them coming back.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all restaurant and bar operations, from front-of-house to back-of-house, ensuring alignment with STK’s global standards and ME London’s luxury positioning.

  • Strategic Oversight: Implement and manage F&B strategies, SOPs, service standards, and product quality. Constantly seek new ways to improve efficiency, elevate the guest journey, and maximise profitability.

  • Financial Ownership: Take full responsibility for P&L performance, cost controls, forecasting, and budget management, ensuring commercial targets are consistently met or exceeded.

  • People Leadership: Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team across all departments. Promote a culture of development, accountability, and world-class service.

  • Brand Integrity: Maintain the visual identity, atmosphere, and presentation of the venue, coordinating with departments to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and ambiance meet luxury and brand expectations.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between STK, ME London, and support teams to align operational goals and brand initiatives.


Who You Are:

  • A seasoned General Manager (or senior F&B leader ready to step up) with experience in premium, high-volume restaurants or hospitality venues.

  • A true hospitality visionary — passionate about service, people, and delivering unforgettable experiences.

  • Financially savvy with a proven track record of managing budgets, improving margins, and driving revenue.

  • A confident communicator with strong leadership presence, able to manage stakeholders at every level.

  • Obsessed with detail, consistency, and luxury standards — but flexible enough to roll with the high-energy vibe of STK.

  • Experience working within a hotel environment or alongside a hotel F&B structure is a strong plus.
