JOB SUMMARY
As a Meeting & Events Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences during meetings, conferences, and banqueting events. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every event reflects our commitment to luxury, graceful service, and attention to detail. Working as the Meeting & Events Operations Supervisor, you will guide and motivate the events team, oversee all aspects of event operations from set-up to breakdown, and collaborate closely with the Kitchen and Events Sales teams to ensure smooth communication and flawless execution. You will anticipate guest needs, maintain high service standards, and ensure each event creates a lasting impression. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead and supervise the events operations team, ensuring seamless service and high standards on the floor.
Oversee all aspects of meeting, conference, and banquet events from set-up to breakdown.
Collaborate closely with the Kitchen and Events Sales teams to ensure smooth communication and flawless execution.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs, delivering memorable and personalised experiences.
Maintain operational efficiency, attention to detail, and consistent service quality throughout every event.
