We are currently expanding our Groups and Events Team and are recruiting for a Groups and Events Senior Sales Executive for the iconic May Fair Hotel.

Overview:

• The role of Groups and Events Senior Sales Executive takes on the responsibility of supporting the Groups and Events Sales Team with all duties relating to Groups and Events.
• You will be involved in the preparation and issuing quotes for all segments.
• You will be involved in the preparation and issuing contracts for all segments.
• You will be responsible for ensuring perfect handover to the Planning team.
• You will be a team player, supporting both departmental peers and Hotel-wide employee

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new system easily.
• The ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment.
• Excellent grooming standards.
