We are currently recruiting for an M&E Senior Event Manager to oversee the Meetings and Events Operations at The Londoner. Our Meetings and Events Operation is delivering high end events and meetings in a luxury hotel environment.
Overview:
The role of M&E Senior Event Manager will involve ensuring the smooth running of the Meetings and Events Operation at The Londoner and exceeding our guest expectations.
You will support the Meeting and Events team in delivering every event with the accuracy and precision that is required.
You will be responsible for directing, creating, and maintaining a cohesive and motivated Meeting and Events team, including the Event Managers and Beverage Manager.
You will handle complaints and feedback positively and seek to resolve all issues quickly so as not to impact the guests event experience.
You will support with recruiting, coaching, mentoring and supporting the Meetings and Events operations team, ensuring attention is taken to the guest experience by all team members and that the team works collaboratively together.
About You:
In depth knowledge of Meetings and Events Operations management, experience within a multi-million-pound hotel revenue operation within a 5 Star environment.
Excellent attention to detail, logistics, management, and leadership skills is essential for this role.
Proven organizational skills, works well on their own. Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
Confident and have the ability to establish rapport effectively.
Good command of English both verbal and written.
