We are currently recruiting for Meetings and Events Waiter/ess to join The Londoner and its standout Meetings and Events operations team. Please note that this role is currently available on a zero hours basis.
Overview:
Provide polished, attentive service during meetings, conferences, and banqueting events.
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a warm, professional presence.
Assist with setting up event spaces, ensuring layouts, equipment, and amenities meet exact specifications.
Serve food and beverages to 5‑star standards, maintaining accuracy, timing, and presentation.
Work closely with Supervisors, Managers, and Culinary teams to deliver seamless events.
Uphold service standards for The Londoner in every interaction.
About You:
Experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within meetings, events, or banqueting.
A polished, professional manner with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a warm, guest‑focused approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering world‑class service.
