Systems & Menu Implementation Manager
Up to £45k per annum plus bonus
Fancy joining the Megan's Support Office and taking the lead on ensuring consistency for the F&B supply chain? We’re looking for someone to oversee our F&B systems such as EPOS, recipe & stock management software, as well as managing the smooth running of new menu launches.
Role
Reporting to the F&B Director, as Systems & Menu Implementation Manager you'll be responsible for the accuracy and consistency of our F&B documentation and systems, with a real focus on new trial & launch items. This will include ensuring the smooth running of menu trials, keeping track of day-to-day changes and communicating with relevant teams. You will be responsible for F&B systems, as well as product setup, and assist in running supply chain and working with the wider team on F&B development.
The Day to Day
Menu Launches & Trials
Manage menu trials from conception to rollout, ensuring accurate documentation (specs, allergens, recipes)
Analyse sales data to assess menu performance & improvements
Train teams and ensure consistent execution across sites
Stock, Systems & Compliance
Oversee recipe creation, menu costings and system updates
Maintain EPOS accuracy for menus and promotions
Ensure documentation aligns across platforms
Operational Efficiency
Work with Chefs and Ops teams to streamline kitchen & bar processes
Optimise workflows for consistency & quality
F&B Development
Support new dish & drink innovation, using trends and data insights
Supply Chain & Procurement
Liaise with suppliers, source ingredients and manage tenders
Ensure smooth communication on availability and substitutions
Project Work
Support business initiatives to drive sales & cost efficiencies
