Sous Chefs

Based at the heart of our neighbourhoods, Megan’s is a truly all-day dining restaurant, serving up delicious food from sunny places.

Sous Chefs at Megan's work closely with their Head Chef to produce amazing food from high quality fresh ingredients whilst leading and developing a strong kitchen team. You are a key player in the wider management team, ensure our kitchens & teams are operationally excellent. This role is a great opportunity to learn and grow; getting yourself ready for your first Head Chef opportunity.

You love high volume, fast paced all day dining environments and are passionate about good food, and are:

  • Driven to deliver exceptional operational standards,
  • Committed to building and developing a talented team of chefs,
  • Work closely with their Head Chef to deliver great food and commercial results (with a key focus on stock management).

  • Competitive salaries, starting from £38k pa (inclusive of non-contractual tronc scheme*). Total salary package reflective of site sales volume.  Plus access the money you have worked for before payday via Wagestream.
