Based at the heart of our neighbourhoods, Megan’s is a truly all-day dining restaurant, serving up delicious food from sunny places.
Hosts at Megan’s create magical experiences for our guests, no matter the occasion. Let your personality shine through and lead our teams to make every shift better than the last. You are an integral part of our fun and supportive team.
Are you our next Megan's Host/Hostess?
- Experienced with internal booking systems (ie. Design My Night)
- A pro at managing a queue and turning tables
- Dedicated to delivering an amazing guest experience.
As Host you will:
- Ensure all guests waiting for a table have received a warm welcome
- Understanding daily targets and how to manage a door/queue to reach them
- Strategically allocate guests to sections to ensure great service
- Control footfall into the restaurant to not exceed wait times on food
- Communicate clearly with management and kitchen
- Ensure all guests have a clear understanding of table times
- Supporting the clearing and resetting of tables
Life at Megan’s
- Competitive hourly rate - £13ph. Plus tronc for every hour you work (based on a points-based troncscheme) and earn an extra £1ph after 1 years service.
- Investment in YOU! You’ll be provided with comprehensive training when you start, as well as continued opportunities for personal progression & development,
- Work & life balance – we offer 8, 15, 30-hour contracts,
- Free money if you introduce us to your friends through our Referral scheme (up to £1000),
