- Previous experience, used to all day dining and high volume and fast-paced kitchens
- Passion for fresh food, made with quality ingredients
- Good knowledge of systems, process, H&S and Food Hygiene
- You are a natural leader, able support the development of your kitchen team
- Be eager to learn and progress into senior kitchen management roles
