  • Previous experience, used to all day dining and high volume and fast-paced kitchens
  • Passion for fresh food, made with quality ingredients 
  • Good knowledge of systems, process, H&S and Food Hygiene
  • You are a natural leader, able support the development of your kitchen team
  • Be eager to learn and progress into senior kitchen management roles
Yes to all the above? We will:
  • Invest in your development, and support your hospitality career
  • Offer part time (15 hours) and full time (35 hours) 
  • Insist that you be yourself and add your individuality and style into your service
  • Give you excellent team discounts
