Bar -
• Demonstrate strong barista skills – latte art, machine maintenance etc.
• Be able to manage multiple tickets at once
Floor -
• Be able to manage a busy section in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of our Megan's menu
• Be yourself and add your individuality and style into your service
