Salary from £36K up to £40K plus 10% Bonus, additional benefits below


Chief Engineer Innside Liverpool

Mission: Responsible for the maintenance of company assets, compliance with technical and legal obligations, achievement of maintenance and energy budgets, the Risks AIP and SAVE for the business unit for which they work.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·         When required, authorizes the purchase of technical products (replacement of low or medium cost materials), supervising their correct use and expenditure on said materials.

·         Key user for the tools available (Smarkia, SgClima, Asernerval, etc.), monitoring hotel energy consumption and ensuring the proper use and performance of facilities.

·         Together with the GM, responsible for the monitoring and control of any technical and legal standards applicable to facilities and buildings, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), acting as a Preventative Resource for activities that involve risk, ensuring the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) of all staff and coordinating as required with external companies in OHS matters.

·         Updates the data room with information on the hotels in the Operations Centre

·         Collaborate on departmental review points during audits and establish action plans to address the reported issues.

·         Analyze and solve possible incidents that may arise within the department, which are reported through the cash and production control that is carried out daily by the administration department or MHS.


We Seek:

·         Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in field

·         Highly knowledgeable in all elements of hotel maintenance.

·         Handling energy efficiency tools

·         Budget preparation and management
