Night Receptionist 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

·         Ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalised assistance during the night hours of duty. 

·         Setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guests’ needs are anticipated and any requests are actioned. Additionally, complete tasks accurate and within given deadlines.  

·         Ensure the hotel remains safe throughout the night, while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles. 

·         Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently and find suitable solutions to any problem that may arise, communicating issues immediately to Management.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Previous receptionist experience, ideally in similar hotel environment
  • Natural people skills
  • Excellent and effective communicator
  • Fluency in English 
  • Problem solving and complaint handling skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability 

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK
