Hotel: Manchester (M15) will be the main base, with occasional travel to Liverpool (L3) and Newcastle (NE1). Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the employer.

Job Summary 

Key Responsibilities 

  •  Support the Business Partner in the implementation of tasks related to the closing of accounting periods.
  •  Implement the tasks assigned related to compliance with hotel management rules, processes and procedures. 
  •    Assist with internal audits. 
  •    Carry out the daily cash control procedures in the hotel. 
  •    Perform cost control duties in the hotel. 
  •    Implement processes based on defined standards
  •    Identify and propose improvements that optimise efficiency in the workplace

What We Are Looking For

  • Enthusiasm, head for numbers and a passion for a career in finance 
  • Planning and organisation, attention to detail, results oriented, teamwork. 
  • Communication, influence, critical thinking, innovation, agility in decision-making.
  • Knowledge of hotel business management and their specific requirements (Advantagous but not essential)
