Overview
Seeking a dynamic HR professional with excellent communication and organizational skills to support Human Resources. This position will work out of the Corporate office reporting to the VP of People supporting all Bodega Tequila y Taqueria locations and is responsible for working with the leadership team to create a dynamic culture that will maintain superior levels of associate, guest, and stakeholder satisfaction.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department. The responsibilities include handling Human Resources email and inquiries processing HR related documentation and administering onboarding programs to ensure all requests are addressed appropriately and timely. This position will be responsible for daily processing across multiple HR systems. Other responsibilities will include but limited to hiring, benefits, workers compensation, payroll, FMLA, employee relations, conduct wage surveys and other project as required.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the requirements of a location
