Hola amigos! We’re looking for a Cocktail Bartender to join our family at Mezcalito Chelsea. With an unrivalled selection of Tequila and Mezcal (600+), vibrant Mexican cuisine, and meticulously crafted cocktails, Mezcalito Chelsea is more than a venue—it’s an experience, a celebration, a fiesta like no other.
Here’s what your role will look like:
• Crafting innovative and classic cocktails with precision and speed, even during the busiest times.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels like family.
• Managing multiple orders seamlessly without compromising quality.
• Maintaining a polished, professional appearance and ensuring the bar reflects the same high standards.
• Contributing to a vibrant and collaborative team environment that thrives on passion and creativity.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for someone who shares our love for hospitality, energy, and excellence. The ideal candidate will:
• Promote positivity and a customer-first attitude that creates a lasting impression.
• Be comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with lively energy.
• Have a genuine curiosity about agave spirits—or a willingness to learn (training is provided!).
• Show exceptional organisational and multitasking skills under pressure.
• Be a reliable and enthusiastic team player.
