About the Role

Join us at Fantasy Island Resort, Lincolnshire's leading family theme park. Our resort operates across a large and varied site, including rides and attractions, caravan parks, workshops, and operational facilities, all of which require safe, compliant, and well-maintained electrical systems.

As an Electrician / Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the safe operation and ongoing development of the resort. Working as part of the Maintenance team, you will carry out a wide range of electrical installation, inspection, testing and fault-finding duties across the site.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and repair works across the resort.
  • Maintain, install, service and repair electrical components and systems.
  • Undertake wiring installations, rewiring and repairs as required.
  • Carry out fault-finding, diagnosis, and rectification of electrical issues.
  • Conduct inspection and testing to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Read and understand electrical drawings and schematic layouts.
  • Ensure workshops, plant rooms and maintenance areas are kept to a high standard of safety and cleanliness.
  • Ensure all work is completed to an acceptable standard and in line with company procedures.
  • Use personal protective equipment correctly and always follow lock-off procedures.
  • Support electrical control development, installation and maintenance activities.
