About the Role

Join us at Fantasy Island Resort, Lincolnshire’s leading family theme park! Our resort is home to over 30 exciting rides and attractions, two of the UK’s tallest roller coasters, captivating live entertainment, and Europe’s largest 7-day market. Alongside our breathtaking 40-acre attraction, we also operate two caravan parks and a modern short-stay holiday park with luxury lodges.

As an Attractions Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the action, operating our rides safely, welcoming guests, and helping deliver the excitement Fantasy Island is known for. You’ll ensure our attractions run smoothly, support guests throughout their visit, and create a safe and enjoyable environment for families, thrill-seekers, and everyone in between.

Principal Responsibilities

• Operate rides and attractions safely, following all training and procedures.
• Engage with guests in queue lines, offering guidance, reassurance, and a friendly atmosphere.
• Carry out safety checks and ensure rides are ready for operation throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across attraction areas.
• Work closely with the wider park team to ensure a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for all.

Who We’re Looking For

• Reliable with great timekeeping and a positive work ethic.
• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Confident, attentive, and committed to creating magical moments for our visitors.
  No previous experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
