About the Role

Join us at Fantasy Island Resort, Lincolnshire's leading family theme park. Spanning over 40 acres, the resort features thrilling rides and attractions, live entertainment venues, caravan parks, and Europe's largest 7-day market, welcoming guests from across the UK.

As a Security team member, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, team, and site. This is a highly visible frontline position, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the resort and ensuring everyone can enjoy Fantasy Island safely.

Principal Responsibilities

• Carry out routine daytime and evening patrols across the resort, including the theme park, market areas, retail outlets, and caravan parks.
• Act as a visible presence to deter theft, disorder, and damage across all public and operational areas.
• Work as a Door Supervisor within licensed show bars and entertainment venues, ensuring guest safety and compliance with licensing requirements.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, liaising with external agencies where necessary and completing incident reports and logs.
• Provide assistance and reassurance to guests and team, maintaining a friendly, approachable, and professional manner at all times.
• Support basic onsite maintenance tasks during winter closed periods, with complete training provided.

Essential Requirement

• A valid SIA licence is required for this role.

Desirable (but not essential)

• Previous experience in a security or door supervisory role.
• Experience or confidence using CCTV or monitoring systems (training provided).
