Description

KNEAD Hospitality + Design is seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef for our restaurant, Mi Casa Philly. As Executive Sous Chef, you'll support the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency across the menu. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you'll help lead an amazing team of culinary professionals.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years cooking experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
  • Prior experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen
  • Experience with Mexican or Latin American cuisine required
  • College degree or certification in culinary/hospitality field preferred but not required
  • Experience with menu standards and plating guidelines
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to support and help hit financial goals
