Mi Vida East Market is looking for an experienced Maitre D' to lead the front door and create a welcoming, organized, and professional experience for our guests.

We are looking for someone with proven experience running the door at a busy restaurant who understands how to manage reservations, control the flow of the dining room, communicate with guests and staff, and remain composed when service gets busy.

Pay: $19–$22/hour

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Maitre D', Host Lead, or running the door at a restaurant
• Experience with OpenTable or a comparable reservation system is required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Grace under pressure and the ability to remain calm and professional during busy services
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Confident handling guest concerns and difficult situations
• Ability to effectively communicate with servers, managers, and the kitchen
• Professional, welcoming, and personable demeanor
• Ability to manage reservations, waitlists, table assignments, and guest flow efficiently
