Barback — Part-Time

Mi Vida is looking for a motivated, dependable Barback to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and takes pride in supporting the bar team and keeping service running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Part-time availability
• Previous restaurant or barback experience preferred
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant direction
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to jump in wherever needed

What You’ll Do

• Keep the bar stocked and organized
• Replenish ice, glassware, liquor, beer, and other supplies
• Assist bartenders throughout service
• Perform bar prep duties, including preparing garnishes, juices, syrups, and other ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Help ensure the bar is set up and ready for service

Compensation

$7/hour + tips
