We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will need to be focused, have the ability to work as part of a team whilst also demonstrating good leadership skills.

What do we want in our Junior Sous Chef?
You will need to be focused, motivated and well organised as well as being passionate about the industry
Ability to work as part of a team and be able to lead from the front
Good communication skills
Maintain a positive and flexible attitude and work to the highest standards at all times
Junior Sous Chef Requirements:
To be fully aware of all Health and Safety policy and procedures relevant to your role and department
Assist in the management of stock so that waste is kept to a minimum
To ensure that all dishes are costed correctly and are in line with the required profit margins
To be fully aware of the Company’s Food policy and food handlers responsibilities in line with legislation and contractual obligations
To ensure Standards of Service are consistently achieved
In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility
