Position
Summary: The Administrative Assistant is on site and the
first point of welcome and assistance at the Miguel’s Support Center (MSC) with
day-to-day operations for Guests, Team Members, Vendor Partners, and all
visitors. This person is the point person for MSC administration and an
extension of the Human Resources Team.
Role
Qualifications:
- Minimum
2 years of administrative and/or office management experience
- Proficient
computer skills in MS programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong
abilities in multitasking and time management
- Great
service skills with internal and external guests
- Proficient in verbal and
written communication.
- Bilingual (English &
Spanish) required
- High School / GED equivalent
- Valid California Driver’s
License
- Reliable vehicle for daily use
Position
Responsibilities
- Scheduling of department/individual meetings and meeting rooms via
Outlook Calendar, MS Teams and ZOOM.
This may include room setup and logistics such as food/beverages and AV.
This includes direct management of the CEO schedule
- Answering phones and managing and distributing inquiries immediately to
the appropriate parties
- Intake of
guest inquiries and/or incidences
- First
point of assistance with Team Member inquiries
- Ordering and inventory management of all supplies at the MSC and
Restaurants
- Mail management and distribution from post office, express mail services
(Fed Ex, GSO), and intercompany deliveries.
- Oversee general MSC upkeep such as preventative maintenance and cleaning
scheduling
- Intermittent general administrative support for senior leadership
- Creation of posters, PowerPoints, and other communications
- Assist in projects as assigned by the Human Resources Team

- Work environment: This position is on site at
the MSC daily. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
exposed to customary conditions of both Field and Miguel’s Support Center
(MSC) locations prevalent at the time.
The noise level and physical requirements (ex: temperature) are
customary to restaurants’ usual work environment. In addition, this position will be in
the Commissary and at the restaurants as needed.
