As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll partner closely with Operations to support employee relations, compliance, and workforce strategy across multiple locations. You’ll gain meaningful hands-on experience while helping strengthen and evolve our people programs — all within a supportive and team-oriented culture. You’ll support day-to-day Human Resources operations across our restaurant locations.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with 2–3 years of progressive HR experience who is ready to deepen their skills across employee relations, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle, while partnering closely with Operations, Training & Development and other support teams.
This position does not include direct supervision of employees. This position partners with senior HR leadership for employment decisions, ensuring compliance and adherence to California employment law, cross-functional partnership with HR team members, and future advancement opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
