MILK BEACH is an Australian restaurant and bar located in the heart of Queen's Park. We serve seasonal brunch all day and a menu composed of sharing plates in the evening - inspired by the diverse cultures that make up modern Australian cuisine. We source specialty coffees from around the world that are traceable to the farm, and carefully roast them ourselves.

The barista role at its heart is a service position dedicated to the excellence of coffee service and coffee excellence. The barista assures that the quality and consistency of in our coffee, tea, and hot drinks service. They are accountable for coffee service stock management, coffee drinks quality assurance, health & safety measures in the coffee bar, and maintaining excellent drinks standards. They are an integral part of the team that ensures a memorable experience for our guests. Coffee is a core piece of our experience and our history, but it is not the centre nor the only piece. Our coffee complements our food, facilitates our relationships, and creates memorable moments. It is our founding piece that we have grown from and must continue to nurture as our heart.
