Milk Beach located in Queen’s Park, is hiring a Chef de Partie to join their team. The role involves managing a specific kitchen section, preparing high-quality seasonal dishes, and collaborating with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes to high standards
Manage stock and maintain cleanliness of your station
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet expectations
Support junior staff and work collaboratively across the kitchen
Contribute to menu development
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
2-4 years' experience in professional kitchens (culinary degree is a plus)
Skilled in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Able to work across all kitchen sections
