The Marketing
Specialist supports marketing initiatives by assisting the Brand Manager in the
implementation of Marketing activities. S/he will be responsible for taking on
a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned
marketing programs. Essentially, s/he will assist in the development of
marketing collateral, monitor existing marketing campaigns, monitor &
analyze sales metrics, and coordinate market research studies.
- Perform
other job/task or marketing expertise related assignments in order to develop
one’s self and/or share one’s expertise resulting to support work efficiencies
& productivity.
- Handle
confidently and skillfully all internal and external communications with all
diverse ethnicities, cultures, races.
- Take
initiative and collaborate with experts and immediate supervisor before making
decisions/actions.
- Attend/participate in meetings, conferences, company
events and benchmarking or networking opportunities as needed.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education
Minimum of Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any equivalent
related course.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of work experience in a consumer
goods company with specialization in marketing functions or account management
work in advertising agency, and/or any equivalent
combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills
and abilities have been achieved.

- Computer Literacy: Must be at
least proficient if not achieved mastery in the essential MS Applications (MS
Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
