look for in a Sales & Events Manager:
- Develop and execute a pre-booked sales
strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure
smooth organisation and execution of events, surpassing customer expectations.
- Provide
exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and communication
via email and phone.
- Maximise
pre-booked revenue through proactive outbound sales activities.
- Manage
the Collins booking system.
- Oversee
and manage all social media platforms to enhance event promotion.
- Collaborate
with venue and central teams to maintain consistency in event delivery.
- Gain
insights into the local market, including potential clients and competitors.
- Create and support the
delivery of bespoke events throughout the year
