Position Summary:
At Miru, the General Manager is a passionate and visionary leader who drives operational excellence and exceptional hospitality in a fine dining environment. As the hands-on leader of the restaurant, the GM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring that every guest experience is memorable, service is flawless, and the brand’s Mediterranean-inspired concept is consistently upheld. The General Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the restaurant’s culture, collaborating closely with the Executive Chef to deliver a seamless and elevated dining experience, while also leading and developing the front-of-house team. With a focus on financial performance, team development, and guest satisfaction, the General Manager ensures that Miru is not just a place to dine, but a destination that redefines luxury hospitality in the fine dining space.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior management role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire large teams.
Strong financial acumen: Proficiency in P&L management, cost control, budgeting, and analyzing financial statements.
Expert understanding of fine dining service standards, with a focus on creating memorable, luxury experiences for guests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both staff and high-profile guests.
Proven track record in driving marketing strategies, partnerships, and events to build brand awareness and generate buzz.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with the Executive Chef and other key stakeholders.
